A full service catering and event planning company owned and operated by Terry Kelessi and Jason Kelessi. Both father and son are industry professional Red Seal certified Chefs. The business began as Capitol Restaurant operating from Lakeshore and Third Street in the 1960's. By 1988 the business turned into Capitol Banquet Centre, and now has evolved into Capitol Catering. The difference customers receive from using Capitol Catering is over 50 years of valuable catering, banqueting, and a la carte experience, which guarantees to produce successful results no matter what the event involves.
It's a family owned and operated tradition. Father and son Peter Kelessi and Terry Kelessi serving on SET of the Black Stallion at Woodbine Racetrack. The Kelessi family has been in the food business since 1937.
