Capitol Catering is a chef-owned company rooted in over five decades of culinary excellence. Operated by Red Seal certified chefs Terry and Jason Kelessi, a father-son duo with deep industry experience, our story began in the 1960s as Capitol Restaurant in South Etobicoke. It later evolved into the Capitol Banquet Centre in 1988, and now continues as Capitol Catering.
We specialize in film, corporate, and private event catering across Toronto, Mississauga, and the GTA. All meals are scratch-made using local Canadian ingredients, blending global flavours to suit diverse tastes.
