We understand the importance of buying local, organic ingredients, and stress the emphasis on gluten free, vegan, and keto options. Menus are created within the budgets we are given. We never stop developing new menu ideas.
The Main Show
Buffets or individual meals are setup on location with linens, chaffing dishes, real plates, and cutlery (compostable cutlery & take-outs available). The menu will consist of gourmet salad selections, up to eight hot items, fresh fruit, and dessert. Daily variety of menu choices is crucial. Capitol Catering understands the importance of keeping the crew happy with delicious healthy food.
Lunch Menu Breakdown
Salads: Three organic gourmet selections. Two leafy green varieties and one consisting of either grains, vegetables, or slaws
Mains: Three varieties of locally sourced meat proteins rotating between chicken, beef, fish/ seafood, lamb, and pork.
We keep it gluten free, dairy free.
Sides: Two to three sides that accompany the mains such as rice, pastas, potatoes, noodles, etc.
Vegetables: Fresh and crisp daily seasonal medleys always consist of three different varieties
Vegan: Main course vegan item consisting of a complete protein
Soup: Available on those cold days or by request
Dessert: Fresh fruit platters and assortments of cakes &

Second Harvest
We donate our extra meals through Food Rescue by Second Harvest. Registered charities throughout the city then deliver these meals to those in need.
